Some of our previous jobs:

September 2013 – Weinor Cassitta awning powered by a Somfy motor supplied and fitted on behalf of Westminster Council at Pimlico Children’s Centre, London

August 2011 – Fitting of 28 large rollers for London Borough of Haringey, St. Mary’s Priory School in London N8

August 2011 – 7m x 4m WEINOR Topas motorised awning for St. Paul’s School in Cheshunt

April 2010 – Akiva Jewish High School in Finchley North London were kitted out during the Easter holiday in the seminar room with 3 motorised SHY ZIP-Screen roof light blinds and 6 SHY cassetted roller blinds. All were made with flame retardent, black-out fabric and were motorised and operated with remote control handsets. SHY Zip system is acknowledged as the most effective form of blackout blind because the patented system encloses the fabric within a zip which is most effective at retaining the fabric within the side guides if windows are left open – a situation with many other systems where the fabric would be sucked out of the channels.

September 2009 – Niblock Building Contractors, who have used Flamingo Blinds for 20 years, contracted Flamingo to provide blinds for their extensive refurbishment at the London Universities School of African and Oriental Studies. There were 12 SHY System cassetted blackout blinds with Flame retardant fabric, and 38 2mm slat venetian blinds on the order. Photos below.

Flamingo Blinds won contracts for the summer recess, to supply and fit 40 school blinds for the Goffs Primary School, in Goffs Oak, Hertfordshire and more roller blinds for Cavendish Girls School in Camden Town, North London, as part of their refurbishment.

August 2009 – Flamingo Blinds won the contract to supply motorised awnings to match the existing ones at Gidea Park Primary School, in Romford. The contract went through Grangewood Builders Limited.
